Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 456vd website at https://456vd.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 456vd platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the 456vd platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players using 456vd services, regardless of the device used to access the platform (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device), and regardless of the specific 456vd services used (casino games, live casino, sportsbook, promotional features, or any combination thereof).

Eligibility and Age Restriction

• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been previously self-excluded from 456vd or have had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Sound Judgement: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs your judgement when registering or making financial transactions on the platform.
• Voluntary Participation: Your participation on 456vd must be entirely voluntary. You must not be acting under duress or coercion of any kind.

456vd employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm player identity and age. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. 456vd may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity.

Account Registration and Verification

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Platform Fees: 456vd does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, banks) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 456vd bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 456vd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
• Pending Withdrawals: 456vd reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to 72 hours for security review purposes. During this period, the requested amount will be deducted from the player's available balance but will not yet be disbursed.
• Void Withdrawals: Any withdrawal request found to have been generated through fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these Terms & Conditions will be voided and the corresponding funds forfeited.
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: The standard daily withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts is ৳200,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier players at 456vd's sole discretion.

Bonuses and Promotions

456vd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and major cricket tournaments. All 456vd bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active and subject to wagering requirements is not permitted.

Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts permanently closed.
• Expiry: All 456vd bonuses carry an expiry period, published in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used before expiry will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions: 456vd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where operationally possible. Players who have already validly claimed a promotion before modification will be entitled to complete wagering under the original terms.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 456vd platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates, as determined and certified by the respective provider. 456vd does not modify the underlying game logic or RTP settings of any third-party game.

Prohibited Conduct

• Money Laundering: Using the 456vd platform for any purpose related to money laundering, proceeds of crime, or the concealment of funds of illegal origin. 456vd is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, generate game outcomes, or interact with the platform in ways not sanctioned by 456vd.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or market — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, or live casino collusion.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 456vd player account, whether under the same name or different names, for any purpose including bonus abuse, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Hacking or Unauthorised Access: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to 456vd's systems, servers, databases, or other players' accounts, or to introduce malicious code, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Exploiting Errors: Intentionally exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing mistakes, or any other platform fault to generate winnings beyond what the platform would have paid in normal operation.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward 456vd staff, support agents, or other players through any channel associated with the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

456vd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, suspicious financial activity, and player-initiated self-exclusion requests.

• Immediate Suspension: Where 456vd identifies conduct that may constitute a breach of these terms, a violation of applicable law, or a risk to platform integrity, 456vd may immediately suspend the account pending investigation, without prior notice to the player.
• Investigation Period: Account investigations will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. During the investigation period, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted. 456vd will communicate with the affected player via their registered email address.
• Closure for Breach: Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 456vd may permanently close the account and forfeit any balance held therein, in proportion to the nature and severity of the breach.
• Player-Requested Closure: Players who wish to close their 456vd account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request are subject to the terms of the 456vd Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion periods are irrevocable for the duration chosen and cannot be shortened.
• Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. 456vd may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once they have been inactive for 12 months. Players will be notified in advance of any dormancy fee application.

Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

• No Reproduction: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any 456vd content without prior written authorisation from 456vd.
• Game Content: Individual game content, graphics, and mechanics are the intellectual property of the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Use of game content outside the 456vd platform is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456vd's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the 456vd platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — is limited to the total net deposits made by that player to their 456vd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Exclusion of Consequential Loss: 456vd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, howsoever caused.
• Force Majeure: 456vd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, power failures, or cyber attacks.
• Third-Party Services: 456vd is not liable for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other third-party services integrated into the 456vd platform. Disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.
• Gambling Losses: 456vd is not liable for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. Players accept that gambling involves risk and that losses are an inherent and foreseeable outcome of participation.

Amendments to These Terms

456vd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it meaningfully changes players' rights or obligations — 456vd will provide at least seven days' advance notice of the change via a notice posted on the 456vd website and, where practicable, via email to affected registered players.

Where an amendment is non-material (for example, a correction of typographical error, a clarification of existing language, or an update to contact information), 456vd may implement the change without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision date.
